從小時候到長大成年，從童年快樂到叛逆憤怒，到生老病死憂鬱難過
人的一生不就是如此嗎
經歷宇宙所帶來的一切，自己內心的感受，全部都經歷過，才算完整不是嗎
人生並不是要每天快樂，時時開心
海水有漲潮，必然有退潮
不然怎麼感受的到何時是高興、何時是難過呢
那天跟朋友一起去觀看，正開始播片頭的熔岩熱戀愛情短片 《LAVA》時
就覺得這首歌到時後一定會一直洗我腦，但當下不這麼覺得
只會覺得：我是不是走錯電影院了？！(哈哈哈…
但是他們的歌聲好聽、悅耳，再配上Ukulele，So beautiful
當女生開始唱歌的第一句，讓我整個就是瞬間雞皮歌搭起來，AWESOME！
電影進入正題之後，我內心的感覺是：迪士尼近年來的電影真的都太棒了！
每部都有它新的梗(指故事的世界、時空、背景、人物…等)
把我們平常不會注意到的那些 藏在細節的魔鬼 給放大
然後具現化出來，製作成卡通電影！
也唯有用這種方式，能表現出來那些虛擬的世界
一個其實是充滿人生寓味的卡通世界
然後從昨天晚上開始，這首LAVA歌就開始一直洗我腦
無限放送到我的大腦控制室，而不是那首該死的香口膠之歌

總歸回來
如果它想播，就讓它播吧...
如果你感到厭惡，那就讓自己厭惡吧
如果你感到恐懼，那就讓自己恐懼吧
如果你感到憤怒，那就讓自己憤怒吧
如果你感到憂鬱，那就讓自己憂鬱吧
如果你感到快樂，那就讓自己快樂吧
很多時候，我們都會逼自己壓抑自己的情緒
源自於我們東方人的教育，原生家庭的父母
不可以哭，不可以鬧，不可以生氣，不可以怎樣怎樣的
但
只要是人，不就是該有這些情緒嗎
如果刻意不讓某種情緒表達出來
那那些能量，就只能堆積在你內心裡
它無法釋放掉
久了，你的心也就生病了
因為它累了
受不了了
所以好好善待你自己，你的全部，你的一切
讓所有事情自然而然的發生
允許它發生
一切終究會水到渠成
